Myth 1: Hijama Therapy hurts a lot

Please never keep in mind that it is okay to get hurt during hijama therapy. It is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. It does put you on the edge but it should never be painful. You can feel the muscles of the body getting warm because they are stretching and working.

A slight tugging feeling or a sensation is felt, but if there is any sort of pain felt, it means that your practitioner is not rained enough. This means that they might be tearing your skin or hurting your soft tissues.

Your practitioner must be professional enough to ask you if the needles sticking in the body are hurting or not. Now it is important to notice that the hijama therapy takes 2 o 3 sessions for you to get the knots in the muscles opened properly. After that, the feeling of being uncomfortable goes away.

Myth 2:  It takes hours to perform

Hijama therapy must be a relief if you are getting it done for the first time. Now, a massage involves one muscle at a time but hijama therapy involves 6 to 12 cups on the body at the same time. These cups are quite powerful but are very gentle on the skin. These suck the muscle tissue a few centimeters away from the body.

So, this myth that hijama therapy takes us to work is not at all true. Because this procedure is known for its precision and not for the hurt or pain it causes. Hijama therapy detoxifies the blood and at the same time very gentle on the sin. So, the whole process takes a total of 30 minutes to work. And for some people, it takes less than 30 also.

There are a few after-effects of the hijama therapy like soreness, tiredness, and sometimes mild flu. These symptoms are very natural and these are supposed to be brief and mild.
