To lubricate the bearings of the forklift truck, first open the cover plate and observe the wear of the release bearing. If it is confirmed that the bearing is not damaged or the wear is not exceeded, remove the clutch pedal, adjust the ejector rod, and return the release bearing and its seat to the final position.
Use a sharp-nosed grease gun to add grease to the hole of the bearing seat until oil overflows from the bearing, then rotate the bearing a little, fill it with oil again, and repeat the above work until a little butter overflows around the bearing, then rotate the bearing and observe the amount of oil , If you feel resistance to the rotation of the bearing, it proves that the bearing has been filled with butter.
Then remove a small amount of butter overflowing from the release bearing seat, and readjust the release bearing position.
Forklift Bearing Precautions
1. Keep the forklift bearings and their surrounding environment clean
Even smiling dust that is invisible to the naked eye enters the forklift bearing, which increases the wear, vibration and noise of the IKO bearing.
2. Be careful when using and installing
Strong stamping is not allowed, the forklift bearing is not allowed to be hit directly with a hammer, and the pressure is not allowed to be transmitted through the rolling elements.
3. Use appropriate and accurate installation tools
Use special tools whenever possible, and try to avoid things like cloth and short fibers.
4. Prevent forklift bearings from rusting
When handling forklift bearings directly by hand, fully wash off the sweat on your hands, and apply high-quality mineral oil before operating, especially in the rainy season and summer, pay special attention to rust prevention.
However, under certain special operating conditions, forklift bearings can achieve a longer life than traditional calculations, especially under light loads. These special operating conditions are when the rolling surfaces (tracks and rolling elements) are effectively separated by a lubricating film and limit contamination that may cause surface damage.
How to replace the wheels of Zhongli Hangcha Heli Electric Forklift?
The Zhongli Hangcha Heli electric forklift has entered the mature stage of the factory, and the wheels are often worn and peeled during use. It needs to be replaced immediately. How to replace the electric forklift wheels?
1. When removing the wheels of the electric forklift, park the electric forklift on a flat, hard road, turn off the power supply, and make the electric forklift in an unloaded state;
2. Lower the fork of the electric forklift to the ground, and use the parking brake to stop the wheel of the electric forklift. If the driving wheel is replaced, support the jack on the side of the front of the frame; if the steering wheel is replaced, support the jack in the center of the rear bracket of the rear axle;
3. Slightly jack up the electric forklift with a jack so that the tires/wheels are in contact with the ground, first unscrew the bolts that fix the inflation tube, remove the clips, and then loosen the hub nuts;
4. Use the jack to fully support the electric forklift, unscrew the hub nut, and remove the electric forklift wheel as follows.
Second, dismantling, electric forklift front wheel, drive shaft.
1. Insert the spacer under the rear axle;
2. Insert the pad under the car body and jack up the front wheel;
3. Pull down the parking brake;
4. Unscrew the hub nut, and then remove the front wheel;
5. Unscrew the bolts, and then remove the drive shaft;
6. Release the parking brake.
3. Wheels
1. Remove the bolts;
2. Use a socket wrench, the width of the flat head is 80MM, and unscrew the lock nut;
3. Do not twist the hub up and down during disassembly.
4. Installation
1. When installing the company brake on the rear wheel cover (when disassembling), use a guide sleeve for installation to ensure that the shaft sleeve is concentric with the rear cover disc with a diameter of 100 holes;
2. Apply LOCTITE glue on the mounting bolts, and then tighten;
3. Wheel hub.
1) Use a special tool to press the new oil seal. Special tool: 3EB-97-999930. Note: the direction of the oil seal. Coat the oil seal lip with grease;
2), add grease G2-L1 to the bearing and then install it on the hub;
3), remove the dust and oil on the inner surface of the brake hub;
4), install the hub on the drive shaft;
5) Tighten the lock nut so that the starting torque of the hub as a single piece is as follows: starting torque 6.1-15.7Nm (62.5-160kgfcm);
6), apply LOCTITE glue on the bolts and tighten them.
Five, front wheel, drive shaft
1) After installing the No. 3 drive shaft, tighten the No. 2 bolt, at 98-127Nm (10-13kgfm);
2) Install the front wheel and tighten the hub nut No. 1. 294-490Nm (30-50kgfm).
